Parts Counter Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Cummings Small Engine Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, unpacking, and sorting incoming parts and supplies
- Process sales transactions, including handling cash and credit payments
- Prepare and track work orders, requisition orders, and inventory control records
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient inventory management and sales processes
- 2 years of experience in a retail or warehouse environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Our warehouse environment can be dusty, noisy, and odorous at times. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines.
