About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our stores, making important decisions that directly impact business results and continuously developing and empowering your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
