About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Store Operations Manager to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail team members to ensure that our store is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement.
  • Collaborate with our production and community donation teams to ensure that our store is stocked with a wide range of high-quality donated items.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
