Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Famstr Ltd. This is a key position in our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, informing strategic business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement and success
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in restaurant operations and management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
