Hotel Operations Manager

Copper Resort Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.
- Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate contract services, maintenance, and repair services to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Standing for extended periods.
