Hotel Operations Manager

Copper Resort Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Coordinate Inspection of Assigned Areas: Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Coordinate Contract Services: Manage and coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services such as laundry, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate Maintenance and Repair Services: Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment, fixtures, and furniture to ensure they are in good working order.
- Coordinate In-House Laundry Services: Manage and coordinate the in-house laundry services to ensure timely and effective delivery of clean linens and uniforms.
- Respond to Guest Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns regarding housekeeping and hotel services.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods to perform duties such as inspecting rooms and public areas.
- Dependability: Demonstrate dependability and reliability in performing duties and meeting deadlines.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and external contractors.
