Hotel Operations Manager

Copper Resort Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Coordinate Inspection of Assigned Areas: Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Coordinate Contract Services: Manage and coordinate the work of external contractors, including laundry and maintenance services, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Coordinate Maintenance and Repair Services: Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
- Coordinate In-House Laundry Services: Manage the in-house laundry service to ensure timely and efficient processing of guest laundry.
- Respond to Guest Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns regarding housekeeping and hotel services.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Dependability: You must be reliable and dependable in your work.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and external contractors.
- Organized: You must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability: You must be reliable and able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with guest information.
