Job Summary

Copper Resort Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures for housekeeping and maintenance services
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Coordinate contract services for laundry, maintenance, and repair
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependability, efficiency, and reliability
