About the Role

Copper Resort Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Coordinate Inspection of Assigned Areas: Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Coordinate Contract Services: Manage and coordinate the provision of contract services, including laundry and maintenance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests.
  • Coordinate Maintenance and Repair Services: Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working order and meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate In-House Laundry Services: Manage and coordinate the provision of in-house laundry services to ensure efficient and effective delivery of clean linens and uniforms.
  • Respond to Guest Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move around the hotel to perform your duties.
