We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Culinary Professional to join our team at Drifters Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high standard.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they are aware of all health and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that they are always clean and well-maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
