We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Ash Grove Inn. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual foods, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Buffet and Banquet Organization: Assist in the organization and setup of buffets and banquets, ensuring that all dishes and food are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Language: English is the primary language used in the kitchen, and the successful candidate will be required to have a good understanding of English.
