Job Summary

As a Program Manager, CA Transportation Execution, you will oversee the execution of transportation programs, ensuring successful delivery and driving network optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to operationalize projects, improve network share, volume attainment, DEA, and other performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution, ensuring successful delivery and driving network optimization.
  • Use analytics, dashboards, and queries to deep dive and improve network share, volume attainment, DEA, and other performance metrics.
  • Partner with STP/MTP/LTP teams in potential expansions, launches, and deprecations.
  • Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
  • Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to successfully plan and deliver for HVEs.
  • Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with impact and urgency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
  • Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
  • Ensure clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
  • Manage and communicate project status effectively and timely.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
