Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Sensor Technology Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative functions.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Time management skills.
