We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Sensor Technology Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of administrative services.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
