Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage administrative services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
