Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Sensor Technology Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including supervising office and volunteer staff.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel.
