About the Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work within your assigned territory to maximize sales growth. Your goals will be achieved through a combination of increasing sales to existing customers, building relationships with new prospects, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for managing your time and sales processes, including prospecting, networking, goal setting, and time management. Key accountabilities include scheduling personal calls on customers, promoting the Company's E-Commerce site, and maximizing GP levels on all product sold.

About You:

We are looking for motivated individuals with at least 5 years of HVAC and/or Plumbing industry experience, preferably with previous Outside Sales experience. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to customer service, and a strong ability to prioritize tasks.

You must hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and have reliable transportation to travel to customer locations. If you are a strong organizer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
