Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dawson Creek Husky. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales performance, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the latest products and promotions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always accurately counted and stored.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales floor staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
