We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at DIDDEN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LTD. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring they are followed.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities, delegating tasks, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.

  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment
