Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Jastetanu Investments Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask.
