Customer Solutions Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team at Millennium 1 Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, analyzing their needs, and offering customized solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers from coast-to-coast to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct outbound calls for customer retention and promote the latest products and services
- Manage call flows, provide first call resolution, and satisfy customer expectations
- Strive to understand customer situations and recognize their needs while providing customized solutions
- Create a need by educating customers on products and services, and execute business strategy that meets or exceeds financial objectives
- Meet key performance indicators and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and expand sales opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in customer care, retention, inbound sales, or outbound sales is an asset
- A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- An ability to build rapport with customers and navigate multiple computer systems
- An ability to work in a target-driven environment and maintain confidentiality
- High-speed internet (10MB or greater) and a physical space for a PC and monitor
