Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to customers, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field and have experience in customer service and technical support. Knowledge of software development and programming languages is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
