Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at THE 6IX CANNABIS. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player.
