Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including display and fixture maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business with a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
