We operate over 300 stores across the United States, Canada, and Australia, offering a wide range of gently-used, one-of-a-kind items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.
Our Business Model
We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse.
This approach not only benefits the environment but also provides our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of your store by making important decisions that impact business results.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop and empower your team members, helping them grow and succeed in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Make informed decisions that impact store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
