Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure that all security and safety protocols are followed, including the handling of cash and the maintenance of a secure store environment.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
The successful candidate will be required to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
