Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring the store is adequately staffed and customers are being served efficiently.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management on areas for improvement.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure that the store is secure and safe for customers and staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular hours of 35 hours per week. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
