Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Buildings division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Project Managers in the delivery of industrial, commercial, and institutional building projects. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to the success of our projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain contract documentation and support estimating processes
  • Assist with preparing budgets and schedules
  • Select suppliers and sub-trades and obtain quotations
  • Develop successful relationships with clients, consultants, and developers
  • Ensure site safety in accordance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry
  • University Degree or Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
