About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team at Nesda Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Administration: Coordinate access and use of computer networks, install software, and maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures, and perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records.
  • Technical Support: Provide problem-solving services to network users, and set up local area networks and connections to the Internet.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
