Job Title: Brand Manager

AbbVie is seeking a talented Brand Manager to lead the marketing and commercial activities of our gastroenterology portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in marketing new treatment options and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial marketing plan to drive business growth and market share.
  • Lead the implementation of tactics aligned to strategies identified in the brand plan, ensuring effective execution and timely delivery.
  • Manage and track the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
  • Communicate strategic goals, positioning, messaging, and tactical plans to internal customers, field sales force, and external agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Analyze market issues and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the brand team and senior management.
  • Plan and develop sales promotional materials, coordinating field team meetings and ensuring successful collaboration between agency of record and AbbVie internal partners.
  • Support the team in planning and coordinating national sales meetings and cycle meetings, ensuring effective communication and execution.
  • Ensure successful collaboration between agency of record and AbbVie internal partners, including Advertising, AbbVie Care, and Patient Relations.
  • Work collaboratively with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with Global, Area, and Affiliate colleagues to optimize total portfolio performance, now and in the future.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or related field required.
  • Relevant marketing experience with a proven track record within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant therapeutic area.
  • Experience with digital/virtual programs deployment is an asset.
  • Ability to think and plan strategically, with execution excellence.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced French and English language proficiency (oral and written).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Must be at ease with technology, using various tools/systems to perform day-to-day tasks.
  • Travel required about 25% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
