About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Brand Networks, LLC. As a key member of our client management team, you will play a pivotal role in leading daily communication and execution with our clients in Canada, utilizing our Brand Advocate solution to deliver unparalleled value and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead daily communication and execution with clients in Canada, utilizing our Brand Advocate solution.
  2. Participate in internal pods to provide shared resources and support for creative, reporting, training, or product support.
  3. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Handle daily communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met.
  5. Foster understanding of nuances and context for effective communication.
  6. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the execution of projects.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in social media, digital advertising, and brand marketing, with a focus on client management.
  2. Proven ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders.
  3. Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow through.
  5. Experience in social media marketing and content creation – agency or in-house setting.
  6. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  7. Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  8. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite and Google Suite skills.
