Job Title: Brand Manager Dermatology

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to lead the marketing and commercial activities of our dermatology portfolio. As a Brand Manager Dermatology, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the commercial marketing plan, managing and strategically spending the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) budget, and communicating strategic goals, positioning, messaging, and tactical plans to internal customers, field sales force, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the commercial marketing plan for the dermatology portfolio.
  • Manage and strategically spend the A&P budget to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate strategic goals, positioning, messaging, and tactical plans to internal customers, field sales force, and external agencies.
  • Analyze market issues and opportunities and communicate findings to the brand team and senior management.
  • Collaborate with International, Area, and affiliate colleagues to optimize total dermatology portfolio performance.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals and other external stakeholders during meetings and on marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and develop sales promotional materials and coordinate field team meetings.
  • Support the team for the plan and coordination of the national sales meeting and cycle meetings.
  • Ensure successful collaboration between agency of record and AbbVie internal partners (advertising, AbbVie Care, Patient relations).
  • Work collaboratively with external vendors.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or a related field and relevant marketing experience with a proven track record within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Experience in immunology and especially dermatology is a strength, and experience with digital/virtual programs deployment is an asset.

Essential skills and abilities include advanced French and English language proficiency, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to think and plan strategically. Travel is required about 25% of the time, and a valid driver's license and passport are required.
