Assistant Brand Manager, 360 Marketing & Communication Opportunity

Groupe Marcelle Inc., a leading cosmetics company, is seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the marketing department, this role will focus on developing and executing 360 marketing and communication strategies for the Marcelle brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to create and implement marketing plans and strategies.
  • Manage internal and external photoshoots and video creation sessions, including budgeting, resource coordination, and casting.
  • Oversee and approve social media content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and messaging accuracy.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Work with external agencies to plan, optimize, and execute media campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain internal brand documents and presentations.
  • Coordinate national sales meetings and other brand-related events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on 360 campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
