Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to join our team in Toronto.

About the Role

This is a 4-month contract position with possible extension, requiring 37.5 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, and support of cost-effective online HR management and decision support systems within SuccessFactors and other Talent applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide highly specialized technical leadership in the configuration, management, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage multiple small projects or sections of large projects to implement technology solutions for HR business problems.
  • Participate in the SuccessFactors systems implementation process by interpreting business requirements into systems analysis, technical specification, documenting detailed reporting requirements, and configuring HR vendor software.
  • Support QA testing by analyzing defects to provide clarification of technical specifications and defect resolution.
About You

We are looking for an individual with at least 8 years of combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration lead experience, including 3-5 years of experience with the SuccessFactors Learning Management module. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors, as well as holding a SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
