The Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of consultants, driving client success through expert project coordination. As an Implementation Project Specialist, you will provide critical support across all phases of client implementations, from project initiation to go-live planning.

  • Support consultants on a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead low-complexity implementation projects, leveraging expertise in product knowledge and implementation processes.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Lifelong Learning features, functionality, and implementation processes.
  • Prepare and deliver customized product training to customer stakeholders, executing train-the-trainer sessions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years' experience working as a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst, ideally in software implementations.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate across different teams and stakeholders.
  • A university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant field.
