We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Incident Management Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients' efforts to identify, manage, and resolve incidents during SAP command centre cutover events.

About the Role

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish, document, and test the command centre incident management process.
  • Participating in technical and dress rehearsal events to test and optimize the incident process in preparation for live cutover events.
  • Working under the guidance of the Cutover Lead and in partnership with other command centre leaders including the Runbook Lead and Reporting Lead.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical customers.
  • Ability to organize resources across different event shifts to provide effective incident support throughout an entire cutover event.
  • Ability to apply technical analysis of application issues to solve reported problems.
  • Ability to work well within a team to learn and share knowledge.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
