Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Performance Manager to lead our Total Rewards and Organizational Design initiatives. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Total Rewards:
    • Analyze compensation policies to ensure alignment with government regulations and industry standards.
    • Develop and administer employee performance review processes.
    • Determine annual salary increase programs and implementation plans.
    • Design and develop bonus and variable compensation programs.
  • Organizational Design:
    • Develop and implement structural and procedural standards.
    • Lead headcount controlling during planning rounds.
    • Implement job position management systems.
    • Manage business process management methods and tools.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
    • 7+ years experience in benefit plan design and administration.
    • 3+ years team management experience.
    • Working knowledge of Canadian benefit and pension legislation.
    • Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
    • Experience with HR SAP and SuccessFactors is an asset.
