Job Title: Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at NP Financial. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our team, including coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
