About the Role:

This is a part-time, temporary position working in an inbound call centre environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service to our customers over the phone, processing orders, answering general inquiries, and addressing customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer order issues, escalating priority issues as needed
  • Provide customers with product and service information, including promotions and offers
  • Research requested information using available resources
  • Follow up on customer calls when necessary to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Professional telephone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to speak French is an asset, but not required
  • Previous customer service, call centre, or sales experience is an asset
