$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

The CRO Manager will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid marketing landing pages, improving conversion rates using a data-driven approach.

This includes developing and executing A/B and multivariate testing strategies, analyzing user behavior and performance metrics, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

The role also involves leading cross-functional brainstorming and strategy sessions, mentoring and guiding UX/UI designers and CRO specialists, and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in CRO and digital marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in CRO, UX/UI design, or a related role in a B2C marketing context
  • Experience with coaching, project management, and/or managing a small expert team
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and creating effective digital experiences
  • Proficiency in CRO tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
