Corporate Privacy and Risk Manager

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Privacy and Risk Manager to join our team at Halton Healthcare. This role is responsible for developing and managing the organization's enterprise risk management program, as well as overseeing privacy and freedom of information activities.

Key Responsibilities- Enterprise Risk Management: Develops and manages Halton Healthcare's enterprise risk management program, including the development of a central risk register, risk identification, trending, and mitigation processes, and executive leadership oversight.
- Privacy and Freedom of Information: Manages privacy and freedom of information activities for Halton Healthcare, including the maintenance of policies and practices addressing the privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal information and personal health information.
- Policy Development and Management: Develops and manages a corporate policy program, providing support to Halton Healthcare leadership in the development, maintenance, and approval of corporate policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, or Public Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of knowledge and understanding of risk management principles and processes.
- Knowledge of privacy in a healthcare environment, including OHA Risk Management Certificate or a Certificate of Fellowship in Risk Management (CRM, FRM), preferred.
- Experience managing and leading projects with various stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong internal relationships and networks with senior leaders, professional staff, and employees.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, speaking, presenting, facilitation skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Halton Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan and paid time off.
