Risk Management Analyst

The Credit Risk Late-Stage Customer Management team at CT Bank is seeking a skilled Risk Management Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving the Credit Risk Control System and Credit Risk Reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Audit, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management requirements for Credit Risk and Banking Operations.
- Maintain and improve the overall control system and retain evidence of those controls.
- Consult with internal stakeholders and external auditors as required.
- Deliver accurate, timely reports on portfolio performance and risk monitoring processes.
- Coordinate updates of Operating Directives and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide operational support to Credit Risk in areas such as TSYS, New Account Processing, Credit Bureau Accessing/Reporting, and Bankcard Account Management.
- Monitor profile approvals of Credit Risk systems and data access.
- Provide disaster recovery and business continuity support.
- Post-Secondary Education (Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or quantitative discipline) or equivalent work experience in Financial Services.
- Excellent written, facilitation, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Computer experience, specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Must be able to work independently and seek answers when help is needed.
- Experience in credit.
- Knowledge of Credit Bureau facilities.
- Knowledge of TSYS system and capabilities.
- Knowledge of Bank Operating Directives.
- Knowledge of Risk Management and Credit Cards.
- Programming knowledge (SAS, SQL).
