The Program

The Management Development Program is a 5-phase program that provides participants with a thorough understanding of our business operations, including:

  • Warehouse Logistics: Learn about our products and supply chain management
  • Counter Sales/Operations: Develop skills in customer service, sales, and order management
  • Inside Sales: Progress to managing large-scale projects and developing sales strategies
