Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Logos Holdings Ltd.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial operations, with experience in managing accounts payable, preparing payroll, invoicing clients, and performing financial calculations.
- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments;
- Prepare payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees;
- Invoice clients, maintaining accurate records of sales and revenue;
- Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to ensure the company's financial health;
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records;
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems, and general office duties;
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service;
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management;
- Prepare financial statements and reports, providing insights into the company's financial performance;
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or finance;
- Experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably in a similar role;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
