Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Logos Holdings Ltd.



About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial operations, with experience in managing accounts payable, preparing payroll, invoicing clients, and performing financial calculations.
  • This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask with ease.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments;
  2. Prepare payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees;
  3. Invoice clients, maintaining accurate records of sales and revenue;
  4. Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to ensure the company's financial health;
  5. Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records;
  6. Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems, and general office duties;
  7. Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service;
  8. Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management;
  9. Prepare financial statements and reports, providing insights into the company's financial performance;


Requirements:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or finance;
  2. Experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably in a similar role;
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients;
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines;
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  7. Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
