About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized individual who can effectively manage daily operations, coordinate events, and provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work well under pressure.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to emails
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
