Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards and Compensation Professional to join our team at Extendicare. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our total rewards programs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in total rewards and compensation to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing internal and external practices, designing total rewards programs, and implementing collective bargaining agreements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Labour & Employee Relations team to implement CBA changes related to total rewards. You will also assist with the annual compensation cycle, including market research, creating and administering merit increase data files, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the compensation process.

You will conduct and participate in total rewards surveys that support the ongoing development of our Total Rewards strategy. Analyze results and present data to show overall market trends and competitiveness.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Commerce with a focus in Finance. A minimum of 3 years' experience in Total Rewards or as an HR Analyst is required. Expert level user of Excel and modeling with large and complex HR/Financial data sets is essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
