Professional Staffing is partnering with a client in the Leduc, AB area to identify a Payroll Administrator for a temporary opportunity. Located in the Nisku/Leduc office, this role will involve processing full-cycle payroll for a medium-sized company.

About the Role

This position requires the ability to process bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salary, and casual employees. Responsibilities include:

  • Full cycle payroll processing, including end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salary, and casual employees
  • Paying remittances
  • Benefits and pension administration
  • Timesheet reconciliation
  • Monthly reconciliation of all payroll-related accounts and remittances

The ideal candidate will have experience with large payrolls (300+ employee headcount), hold a PCP designation, and possess strong HRIS/Payroll system skills, such as UKG, WorkDay, or SAP Successfactors.
