Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $85,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on the location and level of experience.

We are both a brand design and experience agency & a production powerhouse, built for brands to access top multi-discipline talent. We provide our client-partners with a holistic service operating as an extension of their design, marketing, and supply-chain teams.

Our approach combines provocative thinking with optimization programs designed to disrupt and drive results. This role will be responsible for managing and evaluating the compensation functions for the organization, including participating in the design of job descriptions, salary structure, job analysis and incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation programs aligned with the organization's reward strategy.
  • Administer the company's compensation program in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position.
  • Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
  • Collect data about company's Compensation policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.
  • Participate in compensation and benefit surveys.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with global compensation management.
  • Knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow instructions and possess an attention to detail and ability to work accurately Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess ability to navigate and use other web-based systems as necessary Possess a positive attitude and establish good working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
