Senior CRM Manager Asset Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior CRM Manager to join our Enterprise IT delivery team at National Bank. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of CRM strategies to support internal and external brand growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to support business growth initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the business line and the IT team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the implementation of a Salesforce Center of Excellence at National Bank, in partnership with external partners.
- Develop and manage application evolution programs to ensure technology and business requirements are met.
- Assist in the development of an annual program of initiatives, projects, and maintenance, in collaboration with the CRM Delivery Director.
- Oversee application development and maintenance, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Communicate issues to management and relevant parties for resolution, as needed.
- Assist and coach employees in their career paths, promoting professional growth and development.
- Implement initiatives to improve platform supporting applications, such as archiving and partitioning.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to communicate and apply the bank's norms and standards.
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of over 2,300 experts in the IT sector, working together to drive innovation and excellence. As a member of the Enterprise IT team, you will report to the Senior Director of the CRM and Financing teams.
Requirements- Industry-related bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in technical team management or industry-related master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile delivery context.
- Experience in managing the lifecycle of the IT asset portfolio, their availability, operational support, and associated budgets.
- Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience in people management and project management.
- Experience managing multiple external vendors in previous roles.
- Excellent communication, popularization, and influence skills.
- Knowledge of CRM environments (Salesforce, Dynamics, or SAP), an asset.
English and French are the primary languages required for this role, with a need to communicate frequently with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
