About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior CRM Manager to lead our Asset Management team at National Bank. As a key member of our Enterprise IT delivery team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of CRM strategies to support internal and external brand growth campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage CRM Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lifecycle of CRM assets, including development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of CRM specialists and provide guidance and coaching to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure timely and within-budget delivery of CRM projects.
  • Communication and Influence: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in for CRM initiatives.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of over 2,300 IT professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions. As a member of our Enterprise IT team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the development of our CRM capabilities.

Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in technical team management or industry-related master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • CRM Expertise: Proven experience in managing CRM environments, including Salesforce, Dynamics, or SAP.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of CRM specialists.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
